You don’t have to spend hours in meditation or down at the gym to make a difference. The NHS recommend at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per week for people up to 64 years of age. Even just 5 minutes a day taking part in moderate exercise is a great start and will get you used to moving in the right way.
